MICHAEL J. POTTER, 59 Michael James Potter of Bloomfield NJ died in his home on August 10, 2015 after a long illness. A native of Staten Island NY, Mike was a graduate of Moore Catholic High School and was a drummer for the wedding band “Pegasus”. He joined the US Postal Service where he worked in building maintenance until his retirement. He is survived by his fiancée Jacqueline Chang, a brother Edward Potter of Greentown PA, two sisters Marilyn Hansen of Roselle Park NJ and Carol Potter of Sterling VA, four nieces and two nephews. A memorial service will be held on Saturday August 15 10:00 am at St. Joseph the Carpenter RC Church 160 E 3rd Avenue Roselle NJ. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the charity of your choice in Michael’s memory.
