On Friday April 8, 2022, Nora Perna passed away peacefully at the age of 96.
Nora was an elder at the Watchung Presbyterian Church, where she enjoyed many activities and groups. She was known for baking cookies, candy making, sewing, knitting, and she was an avid Yankees fan.
Nora was predeceased by her loving husband of 40 years, Daniel Perna. She is survived by her children, Marie Perna, Daniel Perna, and John Perna; grandson Nicholas Perna; sister Ruth Crabbe, and many nieces and nephews.
Friends and family may visit from 4 – 8 pm, Tuesday April 12th at Halpin-Bitecola Funeral home. Funeral services will be held at Watchung Presbyterian Church in Bloomfield on Wednesday April 13th, at 10 am. Interment will follow at Rosedale Cemetery in Linden, NJ.
In lieu of flowers a memorial donation may be made in Nora’s name to the Watchung Presbyterian Church.
