Ange D’Amico passed away peacefully on Wednesday November 5, 2014 at the age of 94. Visitation will be at Halpin – Bitecola Brookdale Funeral & Cremation Service, 1284 Broad Street, Bloomfield on Sunday from 4 – 8 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment to follow in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, 712 Grove Street, Upper Montclair. Ange was born in Newark and lived in Bloomfield in her later years. Ange was a seamstress, and loved wearing beautifully made fashionable dresses. She loved classical music and the opera. Ange was predeceased by her parents John and Anna (nee Chiacchiaro) D’Amico; a brother Dominick D’Amico; a sister Yolanda Segari; and her niece Doreen Segari. Ange is survived by her sister-in-law Frances DeVito; nephews Joseph Segari & his wife Nancy, John D’Amico & his wife Jackie; her niece Ann DeMedici & her partner James Miele; also many great nieces and nephews.
