Please accept my deepest condolences. The following words have helped many to cope with the loss of someone special. 1 Corinthians 1:3, 4 states "Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials..."
Our Father, Jehovah God will help your family and friends in such difficult times. In 1 Corinthians 15:26 he promises us that "the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing" I hope the family and friends can find some comfort in this promise.

I am writing this in the hopes that I can provide, for anyone reading it, a small glimpse into the type of person Tim was. I had the privilege of working elbow to elbow with Tim for the last several years. These past few days at work have been filled with people telling stories about how much Tim helped them, about how professionally he went about his work, and about what a true gentleman he was. Tim was brilliant, yet humble, and the hardest working person I know. To read the title of the position he held does not do him justice; his influence over the daily operations of our school district was far-reaching, and we are at a loss to pick up where he left off. It's impossible. His shoes will never be filled. More importantly though, we are grieving the loss of our friend, who gave of himself in everything he did with us, who made us laugh, who made us look good, and who had our backs. Nancy, his kids, his granddaughter, and his dogs were Tim's whole life, but he somehow found time to make the rest of us feel important to him, too. May God bless and keep you, Tim, my dear friend, and may you rest in peace.

To Caitlyn and her family: Sending my condolences to you and your family. I'm sure all our pets who entered heaven greeted your dad with open paws and a great amount of loud barks. I truly understand what you, Caitlyn are going through. I was very close to my dad and to this day I still miss him. He has become my guardian angel.
