To Michael and All the Ganning Family, I am so sorry to learn of the loss of your Mom. She sure dealt with a lot of complicated and sad life events in her 88 years; and always with grace and tenacity. So many fond memories of St. Thomas days and stories she and my Mom would tell of their college days at New Rochelle. I will remember your Mom as the happy, smart, fun person she was, in particular when she came to my Mom's 80th birthday party down the shore with Mrs. Kuhn and Mrs Ferdon. John and Carol, We had the pleasure of meeting you at Bernie Rosenkrantz's 80th birthday party and we wanted to extend our condolences in the passing of your mother. We met her several times when she would drive by to see her old home. She was a lovely lady to talk with while she shared her memories of her old home. My deepest condolences to the Ganning family on the passing of wonderful Mrs. Ganning. Mrs. Ganning was not only a College of New Rochelle friend of my mother, Mary Anderson, but a treasured friend ever since. I so enjoyed her participating in Mom's 80th birthday party, her delightful written tribute to Mom for the Birthday book, and her kind card to me after the party. Praying for your family.
