Florence Bocchini Florence Bocchini, of Bloomfield, passed away peacefully on April 15, 2016, at Alaris at Cedar Grove. She was 99. Florence was a homemaker, parishioner at St Thomas the Apostle Church, and a Bloomfield resident for over 60 years. Florence worked as a seamstress for Stylecraft Clothes, which her family owned and operated, in Newark and West Orange. Florence was pre-deceased by her husband Andrew and a son William. She leaves behind a son Alan Bocchini of Bloomfield, two grandchildren Alan and Dawn, and four Great-Grandchildren Nicholas, Anthony, Torri, and Shane. Family and friends are asked to visit the Halpin - Bitecola Brookdale Funeral Home, 1284 Broad St in Bloomfield, on Friday April 22 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm, with a funeral service to be held at 8:00 pm.
