Our package charge for minimum cremation includes basic services of funeral director and staff, the local (within 15 miles roundtrip) transfer of remains to the funeral home once certificate of death is signed by the physician, placement of remains into alternate container provided, the obtaining of necessary permits and authorizations, local accompaniment and transportation to the crematory, to be completed between the hours of 10am to 3pm, Monday thru Friday and at the convenience of the funeral home and director.  Cremated remains must be obtained by the family, within 5 business days after the funeral home is in receipt of the cremated remains.  This charge does not include the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, public or private, prior to cremation, or any sheltering.  Nor does it include the actual cost of the cremation process, which is a crematory charge, or any other cash disbursement, or anything not expressly stated as being provided.

*26:7-18.1.  Time lapse after death
    No person shall cremate a dead human body unless at least 24 hours have elapsed from the time of death as recorded on the death certificate to the time  of cremation.

Direct Cremation                                                           $ 2525 to 2650

Our package charge for direct cremation includes basic services of funeral director and staff, the local (within 30 miles roundtrip) transfer of remains to the funeral home, the basic sheltering of the remains, the obtaining of necessary permits and authorizations, local transportation to the crematory, sanitary care and preparation of remains for identification. This charge does not include the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, public or private, prior to cremation, or any sheltering for days on which no post death activities occur.  Nor does it include the actual cost of the cremation process, which is a crematory charge, or any other cash disbursement, or anything not expressly stated as being provided.

*If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container.  Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering).  The containers we provide are Alternative Container.

Our package charges for immediate burial include basic services of funeral director and staff, the local (within   30   miles roundtrip) transfer of remains to the funeral home, the basic sheltering of the remains, the obtaining necessary permits and authorizations, local transportation to the cemetery, graveside service, and sanitary care and preparation of remains for identification. This charge does not include the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, public or private, prior to burial, or any sheltering for days on which no post death activities occur.  Nor does it include the actual cost of the grave at the cemetery, or the cemetery’s charges for opening and closing of the grave, any required outer burial container or cash disbursements, or anything not expressly stated as being provided.
